Psychedelic Support

A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You

I have had the honour of working as a Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist for over 5 years. My history includes working as the Mental Wellness Director at Rise Wellness Retreats, which was the world's first low-dose psilocybin retreat located in Jamaica. Additionally, I spent two years working at Field Trip Health, Canada’s first ketamine-assisted psychotherapy clinic. At Field Trip, I helped with program creation and execution, group therapy facilitation, and spent close to 1000+ hours in ketamine sessions dealing with complex client cases due to my senior role amongst the therapy team.

As a registered psychotherapist in Ontario, I cannot condone the use of illegal substances. However, as I practice from a harm-reduction lens, I am passionate about helping support and educate the public on best practices should they decide that this is something they would like to explore. Certain topics may include:

  • Who is most at risk with these substances?

  • What are the possible side effects?

  • How do I know if I/the retreat/practitioner, is doing this safely?

  • How to best prepare for an experience

  • Integrating the journey into your day-to-day life to maximize potential outcomes/insights, and help make sense of it all.

  • What is the difference between the different substances and treatments out there?

  • What is micro-dosing?

“If you get the message, hang up the phone. For psychedelic drugs are simply instruments, like microscopes, telescopes, and telephones. The biologist does not sit with eye permanently glued to the microscope, he goes away and works on what he has seen.”
